3.5 miles in Japantown

My sister and I decided to trek over to Japantown after work on Monday.

Our mode of transportation: the 38L Geary bus.  Tasty.

The bus dropped us off on the corner of Van Ness and Geary.  Not Japantown.

We walked for a few blocks west on Geary where we passed this cool church.  Not Japantown.

Then we spotted Benihana like an oasis in the desert.  Japantown?

The streets were eerily quiet (it's Monday) but there was plenty of cool stuff to see.

Inside the food pavillion, we spotted a bunch of tasty sushi places to try and this cool mural.

There was a bunch of Japanese writing on the signs.

My legs could use some healing arts after this walk.

Yes.  This would look perfect in the driveway of my Tudor in St. Francis Wood.
